Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and uninstalled (unless the item was received defective or not as described)
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been installed or modified
- Electrical components (unless defective on arrival)
- Items marked as final sale

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, typically within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or not as described. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right at no cost to you.
